On Wednesday 19th June 2019 another Waikato Data Portal Information Sessions was held at Waikato District Council in Tuakau. A number of people attended from neighboring council Hauraki District Council, a local surveying company, Waikato District Council Councillors, and staff from Waikato District Council interested in the portal.
Anton Marais, Business Intelligence Team Leader at Waikato District Council and a member of the Waikato Data Portal Project Team, opened the Information Session. Ethan Hohneck, GIS Administrator at Hauraki District Council and Project Manager of the Waikato Data Portal project, gave the hands-on demo of the Waikato Data Portal.
There were a number of valuable questions asked during and after the presentations. Information will be passed back to the Project Team.
